Backup passwords and files

Backup enhances the security of your personal information by making backup copies of the Access Manager password database. You can also use this option to backup any other important and essential files that are on your computer or network. In the event of a computer or hard disk failure, a recent copy of these files will be available to restore onto a new computer or hard disk.

Backups can be made simultaneously to 2 separate locations. Click the 'Browse' button to select a folder where you would like the files to be copied to. If 'Automatically backup when closing' is selected, Access Manager will perform the backup whenever it is closed.

Backup - Copies the files in the list to either one or both of the selected locations.

Add - Lets you select and add files to the backup files list.

Delete - Removes the selected file from the backup files list.

Backup copies of the password database are as secure as the original. The Master Password is required before they can be opened.

This feature is available in the Access Manager Professional Edition.
