after installing the program, for the first time.ver 1.3.361, it demanded a user name andmaster paswword, as i have not yet set a user name and
password i have set a new user name and password, for the
first time, but the program issued a warning that the user name and
password are wrong!
no matter what i have tried, no password. a new one, no user name' a new user name... nothing works. ?????

This seems to be a problem with the new AccessManager.msi file when it is installed on a non-English version of Windows, or when the language is not set to English. Hopefully this is now fixed. You will need to do the following:

1. Uninstall Access Manager.
2. Delete the AM.dat file from the folder where Access Manager was installed.
3. Download the updated AccessManager.msi file from www.AccessManager.co.uk/AccessManager.msi
4. Re-install Access Manager.

Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention.
