We get a number of questions from people interested to know how many passwords do people have.
So we thought we would do a poll.

you should have a little helper object that counts the number of entries, as I don't think this great little program provides one!
I trust it fully with every password and login scheme I use!
I have been loving this program for at least a few years and makes my life a simple affair!
And it never hurts to donate a few buck to such FREEware gems if you have more than a few hundred entires!
Dang my PayPal account has over 200 lines of who got how much of my money! I do wonder if there is a theoretical limit to when a single entry can be over inundated with the amount of data that can be put in the notes section though! Have you ever tried to bust it up to see the upper limit on a single entry or the number of individual entries that AccessManager is allowed! I know for example that Outlook starts barfing when the *.pst file is greater than 2GBytes and when WinXP has to remember the customizations to over 800 folders!
So, what is the limit for Access Manager! If would be a great Tip for us *but only after you run your exhaustive testing with the repeatable results! |

Jonathan,
Maybe you should be the first to cast your vote for 'More than 500' passwords. |

As of this moment, I have 1094 username/password entries in Access Manager. It's storing passwords that date back to the very earliest days of Hotmail (pre-Microsoft) and six-digit ICQ UINs (pre-AOL).
Needless to say, my life would be sheer hell without Access Manager, which always auto-starts along with my computer. Just the thought of losing its data gives me nightmares, and that's why it's backed-up at the end of every single day. Yep, 1094 and counting.... |
