Dunno whether this is an AM professional or a Windows thing:
If AM 2.0.56 is open at the time of a forced shutdown then on start up, and reopening AM all users except admin are not available.
I have not tested exaustively for obvious reasons but think it only occurs if AM is open on the desktop (rather than open but minimised in the system tray.)
Example:
recently upgraded Zonealarm which requires a shutdown to complete the install of new version. There is not a lot of option other than to shutdown. AM was open on desktop at the time , but failed except for admin user on reboot.
Not a big issue as I keep copies of all config and other parameter files in an AM\backup directory
THis backup directory needs to be independant of AM built in backup because a shutdown when AM is expecting to backup on close causes the same problem.)
