Remember that passwords are case-sensitive. It may be that you are trying to enter part of your password in a different case than your original password. It is also possible that you may have had the Caps Lock key set when you created the Master Password. Try entering the password in the opposite case.

Also, have you recently changed your language settings?. The Master Password will not be recognised if language settings are changed in the Windows Control Panel. Change the language back to the settings that you were using when you set the Master Password.

As a last resort, if you don't have too many passwords, you could uninstall Access Manager, delete your password database (AccessManager.xdb) and your configuration file (AccessManager.config), and then re-install Access Manager.
