I went to get a password this morning, and all of the (hundreds) of passwords are gone.

AM 2.1.58 opens, but it doesn't ask for a master access password, and it just shows the "Example Password" listing.

After reading through this forum, I did find the .xdb file (at 88kB) in the CitiSoftware folder, although I can't read it, just a lot of ASCI characters and stuff.

Nothing has been done to the PC (Vista Home SP 2) except install some Windows Updates on 1/14/10: a security update, an Outlook 2007 junk email update and a Windows junk email update, and a Malicious Software Removal Tool update.

What do I do now? It seems like everything's there, just not linking the database to the application.

It sounds like your password database may have been renamed, moved or deleted. 88k is the size of a new empty database. If you have a backup of the file then all you need to do is copy it to the installation folder. Make sure that you are logged on to Windows as Administrator before copying files.
