Currently, Access Manager does not support 64-bit versions of Windows. You could try one of the following:
1. If you have Windows 7 Professional 64-bit or Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit you can install Access Manager in 'Windows XP Mode'. See http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/default.aspx for more information.
2. If you have Windows Vista Premium 64-bit you can try the following:
- Install Access Manager
- Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the "C:\Program Files(x86)\" folder.
- Drag the "Citi-Software" folder to the "C:\Program Files\" folder.
- If you have any Start Menu or Desktop shortcuts you may need to change the paths or re-create the shortcuts.
- Navigate to the "C:\Program Files\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\" folder and right-click on the AccessManager.exe file and select Properties then click the Compatibility tab.
- Select 'Windows XP Service Pack 2' Compatibility mode.
- Select 'Disable desktop composition'.
- Click 'OK'. |
