| I copied my file (AccessManager.xdb) to AM, also deleted config file as stated in another post and I get "cannot access database (file open)". I checked task manager and can't locate the "open file". Help! |

| Check that you do not have AM installed in more than one location and check that the AccessManager.xdb file is not set to Read-only. |
