AM v2.0.56
Direct X 9.0c
WXP P SP2
all windows security patches applied

When powering up AM2 1st or subsequently I get a .net error 'String was not recognised as valid DateTime'

There is then a detailed error message starting 'system format exception at system date time parse....

Clicking continue allows am2 to power up ok, but the am opening blue screen is left on screen - often in the was of a passowrd copy. A single click will close the am 2 screen.

If you need screen dump of .net error message or full net error text please email me

Dave,

Try deleting your AccessManager.config file.

rhat works - but the default config on restart has all users except admin missing! Is there another alternative that doesn't mean re-establishing other users?

Select 'Show all usernames when logging on' in Tools/Optons/Security.

Deleting the AccessManager.config file will remove all your preferences and settings. These will need to be re-entered.
