I am having trouble updating from ver. 1.3.359 to 1.6.361....
After d/l'ing and unzipping the file, I get an error message as follows:
"Access Manager is already open or security component is missing" when AM program is not running. Have also version 2.054 installed, and am ultimately going to export all info from older version to newest one. Any help would be appreciated.

Check that you are unzipping the update file into the AM 1.3 installation folder and that your AM.dat file exists in the same folder.
